Hello my friend! I am having same issue with a Peugeot 207 1.6 thp 150 and the mechanic still hasn't found what's wrong. I am getting code P2191 air/fuel mixture too lean and Ltft is around +28%. I am getting intermittent turbo power loss, but if you clear the fault the car is running very well.
The problem is most likely that the lubrication for one of the front shock absorber bump stops has failed or worn away, so what you’ll need to do is follow the procedure in your Haynes 207 manual for removing the front shock absorbers, then lubricate the bump stop before reassembling everything once more.
Peugeot 207cc 1.6 GT Turbo - Turbo Failure - galileo : Is the turbo seized or does it rotate freely if you turn the compressor wheel (need to take the air inlet duct off to get at it). It should spin freely without nasty noises and shouldn't have excess side play.
In general, it shouldn't present undue problems and the 207 CC has a decent reliability record. The engines are particularly robust with the petrol units developed in partnership with BMW and the diesel being employed throughout the Peugeot and Citroen model ranges without incident.
